Refund Policy

Tax Information
When Amazon or other platforms pay you profits from book sales, this income is subject to income tax according to your country’s laws. You are responsible for declaring and paying this tax.
When I refund your investment (excluding publishing costs), I will deduct any applicable withholding taxes or TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as required by law before transferring the refund.
When you pay me for ghostwriting services, that payment is considered business income and is subject to income tax. Depending on your country, you may also need to pay GST or other applicable taxes. I will issue invoices including taxes as required by law.
Refund Amount Clarification
Please note, the refund amount will not be the exact sum you invested. The refund will exclude:

Applicable taxes deducted as per legal requirements

Disclaimer
If you do not want to wait for lifelong profits and prefer a refund if a 4% return is not achieved, then after deducting publishing costs and applicable taxes (both when you transferred the service charge to me and when I refund the amount to you), you must, prior to the refund and under a legally binding agreement, transfer back the ownership of all the books I wrote for you to me.
